Mae Bee’s Kitchen was founded on the belief that food has the power to connect, comfort, and bring people together. Rooted in Southern hospitality, we combine comforting flavors with thoughtful, customized service to create meals that fit the people and occasions we serve.
Meet Chef Andrea
I’m Andrea Miles, founder of Mae Bee’s Kitchen. My journey in hospitality spans more than 15 years across hotels, catering, food and beverage operations, corporate dining, events, and hospitality education.
I earned my Master of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College, building on years of hands-on experience leading teams, coordinating large-scale events, developing food programs, and creating memorable guest experiences.
Mae Bee’s Kitchen brings those experiences together. I created this company to offer food that feels comforting and familiar while providing the thoughtful service, flexibility, and attention to detail that great hospitality requires.
For me, food is only part of the experience. How people feel when they are served is what they remember.
